세탁방법 How to wash
울샴푸등으로 찬물 또는 미지근한 물에 조물조물 손세탁해주신 후 자연 건조하시는 것이 가장 오래 사용할 수 있어요. (건조기 사용 금지/삶지 마세요)
The best way is hand-washing with wool shampoo in cold or warm water and dry it naturally. (Do not use dryer /do not wash in hot water)

Our sizing guides are only for reference and actual sizes can differ by 1-2 centimeters depending on your measurement and location. Also colors can look different depending on the resolution of your screen.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
